TOMORROW – THE NEXT DAY OR THE NEAR FUTURE.

1st November 2019

Tomorrow is not guaranteed to anyone, no expectations no disappointment. : Moyo Adekoya

So then why are we always saying let’s do it tomorrow? ‘I will start walking tomorrow .. Tomorrow I will start helping them.  I will call her tomorrow? Let’s meet tomorrow’ .. and on and on.

Have you thought about why we are always waiting for tomorrow? Why are we putting things off?

When we really want something don’t we do it immediately? So now if you think about it, why do we leave certain things for later? Because we do not want to do it .. are we trying to just push it to tomorrow so we do not do it, or its forgotten?

I was passing a bar once and there was an Awesome sign which said “ Free Beer tomorrow” My kids looked and said we must come here tomorrow. But when is that tomorrow? The next day is Today again right? So if I do go to the bar, they will just ask me to come back tomorrow again. It’s a loop – do you understand 🙂

It is actually so easy for us to say let’s do this or start this the next day .. But if we decide to live right now , for the now, be present we can do all we want to. We do not have to wait till the next day.

As Jackson Brown says : The best preparation for tomorrow is doing your best today.
